Aniimo on Android — Google Play Download & Launch Guide

Aniimo launches on Android on September 23, 2026 through Google Play — one week after the September 16 release on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. This is a planned stagger, not a delay: the mobile version ships worldwide on its own date together with the iOS version.

The Google Play listing confirms the essentials: published by Pawprint Studio, free to install, in-app purchases, and an Everyone 10+ rating (Fantasy Violence, Users Interact, In-Game Purchases). The listing was last updated in May 2026 and already carries the full game description, from Idyll exploration to the Egg Heist mode.

Aniimo itself is Pawprint Studio's free-to-play, next-gen creature-catching open-world RPG. You play a Pathfinder on the continent of Idyll, catching creatures called Aniimo with Aniipods and Twining with them to use their abilities in combat, traversal, and puzzles. The store page also lists the 3-player PvEvP mode Egg Heist and Homeland base building.

Nothing complicated here — the game installs like any other Play Store title. Do it before launch to get the launch-day notification, or on the day itself:

Controller support on Android has not been confirmed — the Play listing does not mention it either way (to be confirmed). The same goes for cross-platform progression: whether your Aniimo, items, and progress carry between Android, iOS, PC, and consoles has not been detailed by Pawprint Studio (to be confirmed).

Aniimo passed 30.5 million pre-registrations, and the milestone rewards await every player at launch regardless of platform: Glimmer x200 (10M), Aniipod Ultra x2 (15M), the Companion Promise avatar frame (20M), and the Sunlit Meadow outfit (30M). Website pre-registrants also get a mysterious Susuta egg.

The official site also lists launch-event extras — Sparkling Cube, Aniipod Ultra, and Tumbler from global launch events, plus random Perfect Eggs for multi-day logins. None of these rewards requires a code; everything lands in your account or mailbox. Exact claiming steps will live in the in-game events screen once servers open on September 23, 2026.
